Retiro Park, the Atocha high-speed train station, and the Golden Triangle of Art are all nearby in Madrid’s Retiro neighbourhood.
In accordance with a franchise agreement with Santander Asset Management, opening is anticipated in 2028.

Strategic Importance
The first Hilton extended-stay hotel in Spain, which reflects the growing need for adaptable lodging in big European cities.
Complementing established brands like Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree, and Curio Collection, it is a component of Hilton’s larger Southern European expansion strategy.
In line with Santander Asset Management’s Coliving plan, which was introduced in 2024, it was created by IBOSA and overseen by Panoram.

Leadership Perspective
“As Hilton’s first extended-stay property in Spain, bringing Home2 Suites to Madrid represents a significant milestone,” said Carlos Miró, MD of Hilton Spain & Portugal Development. Our confidence in the nation’s sustained expansion in tourism and business travel is demonstrated by this agreement.
