TUI Wanderlust returns with exclusive Orlando educational trip for independent agents

TUI is inviting independent travel agents from across the UK to apply for an exclusive seven-night Orlando educational trip as part of its ongoing TUI Wanderlust programme.
In partnership with Universal Orlando Resort and Visit Orlando, the latest TUI Wanderlust experience will see 12 agents travel to Orlando, Florida on 16 October 2026, flying direct from Manchester on TUI’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
The educational trip has been designed to give agents first-hand experience of one of the world’s most popular holiday destinations, helping them build their knowledge and confidence when selling Orlando holidays to customers.

During the seven-night itinerary, agents will spend three nights exploring International Drive, one of TUI’s top-booked areas outside of the major theme park resort locations. The visit will provide an opportunity to experience the destination’s attractions, hotels, restaurants and entertainment first hand, while understanding why the area continues to be a favourite among UK holidaymakers.
The group will then spend four nights at Universal Orlando Resort, where they will experience a range of hotels, attractions and guest experiences, gaining valuable insights into one of Orlando’s most iconic destinations.
Agents will also experience the journey from Manchester to Orlando with TUI, including arriving through Melbourne Orlando International Airport, allowing them to see first hand the ease and convenience of travelling to the destination.

Andrew Isherwood, Head of Trade Relations at TUI UK & Ireland, said:
“Giving independent agents the chance to experience our destinations first-hand is one of the best ways to help them sell with confidence. Through TUI Wanderlust, agents can immerse themselves in some of our most popular holidays, gaining the knowledge and personal experiences that make a real difference when speaking to customers.
“Orlando continues to be a favourite destination for UK holidaymakers, and this trip will showcase everything from the energy of International Drive to the world-class hotels and attractions at Universal Orlando Resort. Experiencing it all first-hand will equip agents with valuable insights and stories they can share with customers, helping bring holidays to life and inspire future bookings.”

Applications are open to independent travel agents aged 21 and over who are currently working in a sales role. To ensure the opportunity reaches agents who will benefit most from the experience, applicants must not have visited Orlando within the last five years and will need a valid passport, ESTA and travel insurance.
Places are limited to 12 agents, with successful applicants joining TUI, Universal Orlando Resort and Visit Orlando for an immersive week showcasing the very best of Orlando.
