Isha Ambani made a memorable appearance on the Academy Awards 2026 red carpet after garnering attention at the Met Gala in previous years. The 34-year-old businessman made his Oscar debut at the ceremony, which took place on March 15 at the Dolby Theatre.
She turned the occasion into a stunning debut on Hollywood’s biggest night by arriving with her husband, Anand Piramal, channelling old-world splendour.
Isha looked stunning in a vintage Valentino gown from the Fall/Winter 2006–2007 collection at the 98th Academy Awards. The elaborate floral embroidery on the strapless dress gave it a springtime appearance. A fitted black bodice was covered in a champagne-toned overlay that accentuated the silhouette, and the embroidered details stretched from the bodice to the flowing skirt.
Isha, who was styled by fashion stylist Jamie Mizrahi, selected statement pieces from Lorraine Schwartz, such as matching drop earrings and a choker-style diamond necklace with drop diamonds. Julia Chafe, a celebrity jewellery designer in New York, claims that Isha wore pink and white diamond jewellery.
Isha wore warm-toned eyeshadow and glossy nude lips for a soft glam vintage look. She used highlighter blush to enhance her cheekbones and define her brows.
Her spouse, Anand Piramal, on the other hand, was dressed in a fitted Dolce & Gabbana suit. He wore a black dinner jacket with elaborate red embroidery, black trousers, a traditional bow tie and a white shirt. Wide-framed glasses and black Oxford shoes finished the ensemble.
Isha allegedly met with Amy Homma, the director and president of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, on her visit there prior to the 2026 ceremony.

The daughter of Reliance Industries’ chairman and managing director, Mukesh Ambani, and Nita Ambani, Isha Ambani is a member of the company’s board of directors and is well-known for her contributions to business, philanthropy, and the arts.
She got married to Anand, the son of businessman Ajay Piramal, in December 2018. The couple welcomed twins in 2022, a son, Krishna, and a daughter, Aadiya.
Isha made her Met Gala debut in 2017. Following the year’s dress code, ‘Rei Kabakuwo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between,’ she arrived in a tulle gown from Maria Grazia Chiuri’s first couture collection for Dior. The pale pink and mint-green gown featured floral embellishments. She completed her look with a pair of drop earrings and a few rings.
