From one island to another. Just months after the opening of Airelles Palladio, Venice, on Giudecca Island, Airelles unveils its first Maison outside of Europe. In the French Caribbean, Airelles Le Guanahani, Saint-Barthélemy shares the Airelles art de vivre in an elegant new playground.
Set by the Caribbean Sea, Airelles Le Guanahani, Saint-Barthélemy, unfolds at the tip of a private peninsula, facing Turtle Island, between the turquoise waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac Lagoon and Maréchal Bay—open to the ocean and lined with coconut trees. The estate spans seven hectares, including two beaches, within a protected nature reserve.
“We are delighted to continue our journey and discover new horizons with the opening of Airelles Le Guanahani, Saint-Barthélemy”, says Anne-Laure Ollagnon, CEO of Airelles. “This tenth Maison will add an exceptional destination to our collection and mark an important moment for the brand. Airelles’ generosity and art of hosting blend with a Caribbean island spirit to offer guests exceptional experiences.”
With 66 keys—including 29 rooms, 28 suites, and 9 signature suites—of which 20 feature a private swimming pool, Airelles Le Guanahani forms a series of individual Caribbean-style villas, in harmony with the landscape. The rooms and suites open onto terraces and gardens with sweeping lagoon views.
La Table du Guanahani celebrates Airelles’ emblematic buffet with a selection of vibrant dishes served for breakfast and lunch. An à la carte menu is available in the evening. Airelles also unveils a new concept at The Grill centered around exclusive pop-up events run by resident chefs. Each of the Maison’s three bars reveals a unique atmosphere: The Pelican Bar by the beach, The Library inspired by an elegant cabinet of curiosities in the lobby, and The Pool Bar. Nestled within the tropical gardens is an infinity pool overlooking Grand Cul-de-Sac Lagoon, as well as an adult-only pool at the spa.
In Saint-Barthélemy, Airelles unveils the Airelles Spa x LBA (Laboratoires Botanique Avancée), bringing its holistic care and expertise in cellular regeneration to the island. Rooted in an exceptional terroir, the signature treatments and rituals complement the sensory, restorative philosophy at the heart of Le Guanahani.
Slowing down to marvel at the tropical flora and fauna, walking barefoot on the white sand, and swimming in crystal-clear waters. From an array of water sports and activities at the Beach Club to bespoke experiences crafted by the Maison, Airelles Le Guanahani invites guests of all ages to discover the pleasures of island life. Children can explore the wonders of the Caribbean at Turtle Camp, while The Spot offers teenagers their own space to connect and unwind.
This Maison invites guests to discover a new Airelles playground on the island of Saint Barthélemy—an emotional journey to the heart of an iconic destination, set against a spectacular backdrop that embodies all the hallmarks of a corner of paradise.
The Maison will officially open its doors on November 1, 2026. Reservations are open.
