Cheval Blanc St-Barth will open a new Langosteria restaurant on Flamands Beach on 22 October 2026

This opening marks the second partnership between Langosteria and Cheval Blanc, following Langosteria Paris, which opened at Cheval Blanc Paris in 2021.

Langosteria St-Barth will bring its seafood-based cuisine and signature atmosphere to the Caribbean. At Langosteria, hospitality is celebrated in every detail, through a continuous pursuit of excellence creating unforgettable experiences. The menu will feature Langosteria’s iconic dishes, combining the finest products with its Italian touch, and signatures dedicated to the vibrant, sun-drenched spirit of Saint Barthélemy.

The menu will have distinct offerings such as Crudi di Mare including dishes like Carpaccio di Tonno Rosso and a selection of starters. Main course highlights include inventive Robata dishes, Black Grouper Chateaubriand, and a dedicated Pasta section offering the classic Paccheri with Seabass. The menu closes with timeless Italian desserts, from renowned Tiramisù to Stracciatella ice cream. The design of the new restaurant, developed by architecture studio Festen, will harmoniously merge Langosteria’s distinctive aesthetic with the chic and relaxed vibe of Cheval Blanc St-Barth. “Welcoming Langosteria to Cheval Blanc St-Barth feels like natural pairing between two Maisons united by the same passion for exceptional hospitality,” says Christelle Hilpron, General Manager of Cheval Blanc St-Barth. “After the success of Paris, we are delighted to write a new chapter of this partnership in St-Barth, where Langosteria’s Italian spirit will meet the effortless elegance and vibrant energy of the island. Set directly on Flamands Beach, we are creating a place where our guests and the local community can come together, and enjoy remarkable cuisine whilst embracing the unique rhythm of St Barth.”

“We are thrilled to consolidate our relationship with Cheval Blanc and bring the Langosteria experience to one of the most exclusive destinations in the world,” says Enrico Buonocore, CEO and founder of Langosteria. “It is the first time we are bringing Langosteria beyond European borders: both an honor and an exciting challenge. We look forward to welcoming local and international guests to this spectacular beachfront setting .”

Langosteria St-Barth will offer a dining experience under the tropics, seamlessly merging Italian elegance with French charm bringing a new destination restaurant on the island.
