Wyndham Garden Expands Across Türkiye with New Hotels in Antalya and Istanbul

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest hotel franchising companies, announced the opening of Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı, marking the latest addition to its Wyndham Garden portfolio in Türkiye, as the company prepares for the brand’s debut in Istanbul with the upcoming opening of Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina. Expected to open in October 2026, the 93-room hotel will extend Wyndham Garden’s presence into Türkiye’s largest city and strengthen the brand’s position across the country’s key urban and leisure markets.

The two hotels reflect the continued expansion of Wyndham Garden across Türkiye, with the brand growing its presence across established leisure destinations and major urban centres. Designed around comfortable, approachable stays in locations offering convenient access to city centres, transportation hubs and local attractions, Wyndham Garden is well positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers.

Istanbul and Antalya regularly rank among the world’s most visited 10 cities, highlighting the scale and diversity of demand across the two markets. While Antalya remains one of Türkiye’s leading leisure destinations, Istanbul combines significant business, leisure and international travel demand, creating opportunities for Wyndham Garden to serve different travel occasions through a consistent international brand proposition.

“Since its debut in Türkiye more than four years ago, Wyndham Garden has continued to resonate with both travellers and hotel developers. With the opening of our second Wyndham Garden hotel in Antalya and the upcoming debut of the brand in Istanbul, we are expanding into two of Türkiye’s most important leisure and urban markets. This growth reflects the strength of the Wyndham Garden proposition and our broader strategy of matching the right brands with the right destinations, while giving owners access to Wyndham’s global scale, distribution and expertise.”

In addition to standard rooms, single-floor and duplex suites, family rooms and an accessible room, the 83-room hotel also features spacious units designed for extended stays, with separate living areas and kitchenettes.
On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, a spa featuring a Turkish bath and sauna, a fitness centre and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the pool. With two meeting rooms that can accommodate a total of 85 guests, the newly built six-floor hotel also caters to planners hosting meetings and events in Antalya.
Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı is owned and operated by Edmus Turizm Otel İşletmeciliği Ticaret Limited Şirketi under a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

“With its beautiful beaches, rich history and position as Türkiye’s fifth largest city, Antalya drives a uniquely multidimensional demand. Extending Wyndham Garden to Istanbul’s Anatolian side
Expected to open in October 2026, the 93-room Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina will extend the brand’s presence into Istanbul’s Anatolian side, in an area closely connected to the city’s maritime, business and leisure activity.

Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina is located a short drive from Viaport Marina and Tuzla Shipyard, while Güzelyalı Marmaray station, just 300 metres from the hotel, provides convenient access to other parts of Istanbul. Travellers will also benefit from the hotel’s location 12 kilometres from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport.
Owned and operated by Steel Ant Grup Yapı Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina will feature three meeting rooms, a spa with a Turkish bath and sauna, and an on-site restaurant serving international cuisine.

“Tuzla is an increasingly important part of Istanbul’s business and leisure landscape, and we see a strong opportunity to serve the growing demand for quality accommodation on the city’s Anatolian side. Our franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts gives us the opportunity to combine the hotel’s strategic location with the strength of a globally recognised brand, including access to Wyndham’s distribution and Wyndham Rewards platform with more than 126 million members worldwide. This will help us reach a broader audience of travellers while delivering the consistency and confidence guests expect from an international hotel brand.”
