Together, the two properties are offering a single, uninterrupted journey for exclusive private groups, where bespoke high-alpine living meets the warmth and conviviality of an Alpine village retreat.
Embodying the rising travel trends of ‘silent luxury’ and ‘the luxury of silence’, the combined experience is available for private parties of eight to 10 guests throughout April 2027, with additional dates on request across the rest of the winter season, subject to availability.
The collaboration allows skiers to extend their time on the slopes either side of the lift operating hours. Perched at 3,000 metres, Cabane Tortin enjoys near-guaranteed snow, with April marking its peak season as the terrain settles into stable spring conditions and daylight hours stretch out – offering up to seven hours of extra sunlight on the mountain, in addition to standard lift operating hours (Mont Fort lift operates 08:45-16:00). For experienced skiers, this high-altitude access means the chance to ski outside of lift operating dates and times, with true ski-in ski-out access and first and last tracks guaranteed.
The Lodge blends traditional Alpine character with contemporary comfort and offers guests a range of immersive mountain experiences from skiing and paragliding to foraging with its private chef and cheesemaking at the village laiterie. The chalet’s indoor pool, hot tubs and treatment rooms provide a place to unwind between days spent on the mountain, all delivered with the dedicated, all-inclusive service that The Lodge is known for.
Cabane Tortin, born from a family of alpinists in homage to the Swiss heritage of mountain refuges, pairs warm hospitality with uncompromising comfort in the raw beauty of high altitude. Guests arrive by ski, snowshoe or snowmobile, with porters on hand to carry luggage, to be met by the architectural masterpiece that complements the stunning alpine landscape. The Cabane’s floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the surrounding 4,000-metre peaks, glaciers and sunsets. With the high-alpine terrain entirely to themselves, for guests each day becomes a collection of unforgettable moments: private sunrise hikes, sunset fondue overlooking the Mont Blanc massif, torchlit descents beneath star-filled skies, and first tracks through untouched snow.
