Unforgettable Travel Company has today launched Unforgettable Asia (unforgettableasia.com), a new luxury Asia specialist designed to make complex travel across the region easier to sell for agents.
Launching with 11 destinations and 50 itineraries, Unforgettable Asia initially covers Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Malaysia, Borneo and Indonesia, with further destinations to be added in late 2026 and 2027.
The launch follows significant growth in demand for Asia travel at Unforgettable Travel Company, with enquiries increasing 226% between 2022 and 2025. Agent demand has accelerated particularly quickly and now accounts for 54% of the company’s Asia bookings.
Built with luxury agents in mind, Unforgettable Asia combines specialist trip design and first-hand destination knowledge with end-to-end operational support. Its Asia specialists have lived and travelled extensively across the region and work alongside local teams on the ground.
Experiences have been designed to take travellers beyond familiar highlights. Launch itineraries include meeting TV personality and resident monk Misaka-san – known as Kamakura’s “Merry Monk” – for a personal blessing at Hasedera Temple; enjoying after-hours access to an extraordinary private Peranakan home museum in Singapore, hosted by collector Alvin Yapp; and spending time with one of Taiwan’s few female tea merchants before tasting the year’s champion oolong with local tea experts.
Private chauffeur transfers, luxury hotel stays, expert guides and complex multi-country logistics are coordinated through one accountable partner, with complimentary concierge services and 24/7 in-destination assistance included on every booking. Unforgettable Asia also gives agents support beyond the booking itself, from white-label destination and restaurant guides to monthly updates and selling tips. The dedicated partnerships team provides ongoing support designed to work as an extension of the agent’s own business.
Unforgettable Asia has focused on slower-paced journeys and carefully curated, high-touch experiences. Each itinerary is built around experiences compelling enough to shape an entire journey, providing agents with more distinctive products and clients with more time to connect meaningfully with their destination. The collection has been developed with luxury demand in mind, including multigenerational families, families travelling with teenagers and luxury honeymooners.
Graham Carter, co-founder of Unforgettable Travel Company, said: “Asia is an incredibly rewarding region, yet it can feel complex to sell. Agents may be dealing with multiple destinations, suppliers, cultural nuances and service expectations within a single itinerary. Unforgettable Asia removes that complexity, combining genuine destination expertise and local intelligence with the communication, operational confidence and client care agents expect from a luxury travel partner.
“We also wanted the journey itself to feel different. Truly discovering Asia involves the people you meet, the culture you experience and the moments you might never have found or planned on your own. That human connection is at the heart of what we do at Unforgettable Asia.”

But this is only the beginning. In the coming weeks, Breaking Travel News will delve deeper into the business, its ambitions and its aspirations for the years ahead in an exclusive one-to-one interview with Graham Carter, following today’s launch.
