Served Monday through Thursday from noon to 3pm, The Mercer’s lunch menu showcases the brasserie’s signature blend of British classics and elegant comfort food. Starters include Dorset crab on toast and seared Scottish scallops, followed by hearty mains such as the signature Mercer pie, Cornish lamb shepherd’s pie, and 28-day dry-aged Hereford beef, finished with a selection of classic puddings and curated British cheeses. The Mercer also offers private dining for corporate celebrations, intimate dinners and events at Threadneedles, with bookings now open for Autumn and the festive season.
The Mercer’s arrival joins Threadneedles’ existing bar and afternoon tea offering. The signature bar, set within a former banking counter, serves a wide selection of drinks and signature cocktails, while the Dome Lounge, crowned by a hand-painted stained-glass dome dating back to 1856, continues to serve its celebrated afternoon tea of freshly baked scones, delicate pastries and finger sandwiches, paired with fine teas or Champagne.
The addition further strengthens Threadneedles’ position as a destination for leisure and business travellers alike.
