Bollywood director Rakesh Roshan, his wife Pinkie Roshan, and their daughter Sunaina Roshan recently made large investments in Mumbai’s commercial real estate, paying a total of Rs 27 crore for seven office spaces in the Andheri neighborhood of the city.

Rakesh and Pinkie Roshan bought five office apartments in the Vaidya West World One Aeropolis building, according to property registration records that Square Yards was able to access. Vaidya Spaces Private Limited was the seller in the transactions, which were recorded on November 19 and totaled Rs 19.68 crore.

Two units of Rs 3.27 crore and Rs 2.83 crore were purchased by Rakesh Roshan. The RERA carpet area of the first apartment is 1,259 square feet, whereas that of the second unit is 1,089 square feet. Each property has two parking spaces, a registration fee of Rs 30,000, and stamp taxes of Rs 16.98 lakh and Rs 19.64 lakh, respectively.

Pinkie Roshan paid Rs 4.85 crore, Rs 5.28 crore, and Rs 3.43 crore for three more office flats in the same building. Each of these apartments has two parking spaces and carpeted areas of 1,869, 2,033, and 1,322 square feet. Stamp duties came to Rs 29.15 lakh, Rs 31.71 lakh, and Rs 20.62 lakh for each office, and registration costs were Rs 30,000 per unit.

Sunaina Roshan has joined the commercial real estate market after her parents’ purchases. For a total of Rs 6.42 crore, she purchased two office spaces on the ninth level of the same building. The apartments are priced separately at Rs 3.16 crore and Rs 3.26 crore, with registration fees of Rs 30,000 each. Together, they have a carpet area of 2,471 square feet.

Veteran director Rakesh Roshan is well-known for helming classic films like the Krrish series and Khoon Bhari Maang. As a film producer, Sunaina Roshan is becoming well-known.
