In response, Kuldeep Yadav claimed three wickets, with Jasprit Bumrah and Varun Chakravarthy contributing two each, as Bangladesh were all out for 127.The result meant that India became the first team to advance to the Asia Cup 2025 final, while Sri Lanka was eliminated. As a result, the winner of Pakistan’s Super 4 match against Bangladesh on Thursday is certain to become the second team to reach the final.
With India defeating Bangladesh, Pakistan’s fate remains in their own hands. The Salman Ali Agha-led team has to win their match against Bangladesh to reach four points from two games.
