CHIVA-SOM HUA HIN WELCOMES ADRIENNE EVERETT FOR YOGA RESIDENCY

Chiva-Som Hua Hin, the world’s pioneering wellness destination for transformative lifestyle, will welcome yoga instructor Adrienne Everett for an exclusive yoga residency from Saturday, November 7th to Monday, November 9th, 2026, with complimentary classes open to all resort guests.
Across the three-day residency, Everett will lead four complimentary yoga practices, introducing guests to her distinctive approach through strength, mobility, mindful movement and connection. The collaboration brings together two philosophies rooted in a shared belief: that well-being extends beyond the physical, shaping how we feel, live and connect with ourselves and others.

Set on the Gulf of Thailand, Chiva-Som Hua Hin has spent more than three decades pioneering a deeply personalised approach to holistic health. Its name translates as ‘Haven of Life’, reflecting a philosophy centred on meaningful, sustainable transformation across mind, body and spirit.
Formerly working at the highest levels of global finance and technology, Everett made an unconventional transition from international boardrooms to wellness after discovering yoga as a source of resilience, clarity and reconnection in her own life.

Today, she is an international yoga instructor and wellness entrepreneur, as well as founder of HWH Studio Dubai, a boutique wellness concept delivering movement and well-being experiences.
She is also the creator of The Adrienne Method, her signature heart-led philosophy combining strength, fluidity, breath, musicality and emotional intention. Known for classes that are both physically challenging and deeply connective, Everett explores the balance between strength and softness.
At Chiva-Som Hua Hin, guests can discover the breadth of her methodology through four distinct practices, progressing from strength and endurance to slower, more introspective movement.

THE RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Power Sculpt | Saturday, November 7th at 8:00am
A powerful full-body practice combining controlled resistance training with mindful movement. Designed to build strength, endurance and stability while maintaining a considered connection between breath and body.
The Adrienne Method | Sunday, November 8th at 8:00am
Everett’s signature practice and the centrepiece of the residency. This dynamic, heart-led vinyasa combines strength, breath, rhythm and musicality, challenging the body while encouraging focus, presence and emotional connection.
Yoga Stretch | Sunday, November 8th at 5:00pm
A softer practice designed to release tension and improve mobility. Mindful stretching, breath and considered movement create space in the body while inviting the nervous system to slow down.
Slow Vinyasa Flow | Monday, November 9th at 8:00am
The programme concludes with a grounding slow-flow practice, allowing more space between postures and greater attention to breath. Guests leave feeling centred and refreshed, with simple practices to carry beyond the mat.
All four sessions are complimentary for Chiva-Som resort guests and accessible to different levels of yoga experience, with modifications offered throughout.
