BookMyShow on Friday (October 23, 2026) dismissed reports of the cancellation of Diljit Dosanjh’s AURA India Tour concert in Delhi on October 30, saying the show would go ahead as planned after the Delhi Police granted permission following discussions over security and crowd management.
This comes a day after the Delhi Police denied permission for the concert, citing security concerns, traffic management and law and order issues during the festive season.
BookMyShow said it had since held a “cordial and constructive” meeting with the police and submitted a detailed plan addressing the concerns raised by the authorities, following which permission was “reconsidered and issued”.
