According to the footage, reporter Olivia Rinaldi happened discovered Taylor Swift’s engagement post while perusing Instagram outside the White House. As she looked through the pictures Swift gave, her mouth fell open in disbelief and her eyes grew wide. Ms. Rinaldi was briefly surprised by the unexpected news, and her emotion was captured on camera.
After saying, “Taylor Swift is engaged,” she looked up at the camera and waved her phone in the air. “Taylor Swift is engaged!” She reportedly said, “Come back to me,” to a producer. “She just uploaded it! God, oh God. Oh my gosh.
Taylor Swift’s enormous engagement ring also made Ms. Rinaldi squeal, adding, “Oh, it’s gigantic! After looking at pictures of it, I said, “The ring is enormous.” Kindred Lubeck, a jewelry designer based in New York, created the ring, which has an old mine brilliant-cut. Looking at her phone, Ms. Rinaldi couldn’t contain her excitement and exclaimed, “This is really exciting! My gosh! “Oh my god!”
After that, the CBS White House reporter says, “I feel like Paul Revere right now.”
