The World Travel Awards are widely recognised as a premier benchmark of industry excellence, voted on by travel and tourism professionals alongside discerning consumers worldwide. The accolade was presented at the World Travel Awards Europe Gala Ceremony on
Saturday, 17 October in Kotor, Montenegro.

The award comes during a major milestone year for the brand. Aerotel, the world’s largest in-terminal airport hotel chain, celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2026. Since launching in 2016, the brand has expanded from a single hotel into a global network of
airport hotels serving travellers in key aviation gateways around the world. With further properties in the pipeline, Aerotel remains focused on bringing its signature airport hospitality experience to more travellers worldwide.

Located within the Arrivals Hall of Heathrow Terminal 3, Aerotel London Heathrow is the airport’s only in-terminal hotel. Its 82 guest rooms cater to a wide range of travellers, from solo guests seeking a few hours of rest to families requiring more spacious
