Bollywood star Ajay Devgn, who is well-known for his successful movie franchises, recently talked about some of his next projects. He is now enjoying the success of Singham Again, which is doing well in theaters amid fierce competition from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, starring Kartik Aaryan. The actor has now revealed details on the future of several of his well-known franchises, including Drishyam and Golmaal.
Ajay Devgn stated in an interview with Pinkvilla that the makers of Shaitaan are now writing the sequel, while a crew is also working on the upcoming Drishyam movie. In addition, he approved the sequels to a number of other movies, such as Son of Sardaar and De De Pyaar De. This is the era of sequels, and the reason for this is because viewers are ready to find out what to expect from the movie. “The audience is confident about what they will see on the big screen, and the characters become relatable,” he said.
He also discussed Singham Again, his fastest Rs 100 crore club film, in the same conversation. In terms of statistics, they are significant, but audience affection is, in my opinion, what matters most. We rely on that to survive, so once you have it, you don’t look at figures,” he continued.
Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty also discussed the Cop Universe’s future and the potential for a two-hero movie in the series, which would also star Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey. The pair has confirmed sequels for a number of other series, including Dhamaal 4, All the Best, and Golmaal.
