Donald Trump said that a “illegal alien from Cuba who should never have been in our country” “brutally beheaded” Chandra Nagamallaiah in a sharply worded statement posted on his Truth Social website. He said that the victim was a “well respected person in Dallas” and that the accused will face the harshest punishment possible.

In the wake of the horrific death of 50-year-old Indian national Chandra Nagamallaiah, who was decapitated in front of his wife and kid at a motel in Dallas, Texas, US President Donald Trump has sworn that his government will not be “soft” on illegal immigrant criminals.

Trump said that a “illegal alien from Cuba who should never have been in our country” “brutally beheaded” Nagamallaiah in a sharply worded statement posted on his Truth Social website.

He said that the victim was a “well respected person in Dallas” and that the accused will face the harshest punishment possible.

“I am aware of the horrifying reports of Chandra Nagamallaiah’s murder. Cuba did not want such a wicked person in their nation, therefore under inept Joe Biden, this person who had previously been arrested for heinous offenses like child sex abuse, auto theft, and false imprisonment was allowed to return to our country. You can be sure that under my supervision, the days of being lenient toward these criminal illegal immigrants are over. Trump stated.

Under the leadership of Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, and Border Czar Tom Homan, Trump went on to say that his administration was dedicated to “making America safe again.”

The accused, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, 37, is a Cuban national who was “released” during the previous Joe Biden administration after Cuba refused to accept him due to his criminal record, according to confirmation from the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Cobos-Martinez was also implicated in illegal conduct in Houston, Florida, and California, according to public documents.

Both Nagamallaiah and Cobos-Martinez worked at the Downtown Suites lodging in Dallas, where the September 10 incident occurred. Cobos-Martinez and a female coworker were cleaning a room when Nagamallaiah warned them not to use a faulty washing machine, according to an arrest document made public by Dallas Police.

According to the affidavit, when Nagamallaiah asked the colleague to interpret his request rather than address him directly, Cobos-Martinez became irate.

The complaint claims that after leaving the motel room, the suspect pulled a machete from his person and began repeatedly slashing and stabbing the complainant. In disturbing video that has gone viral on social media, Nagamallaiah can be seen yelling and sprinting across the motel’s parking lot before being pursued and repeatedly hit by the weapon.

According to witnesses, Nagamallaiah raced toward the motel office, where his wife and kid were waiting. However, Cobos-Martinez pummeled the victim until he was beheaded, even though they tried to halt the assault.

The affidavit further states that Cobos-Martinez picked up the severed head and put it in a trash can after kicking it into the parking lot. Shortly after, he was taken into custody while still brandishing the machete and drenched in blood. When questioned, he later confessed to the murder.

In his remarks, Trump reaffirmed that the accused would suffer the most severe legal repercussions. “We will pursue this criminal to the fullest extent of the law while they are in our custody. He will face first-degree murder charges,” he declared.
