The Jungle Trail in Noida is anticipated to formally open to the public the following month. To provide an immersive experience, the park, which spans 20 acres, is separated into four themed zones.
Next month, the eagerly awaited Noida Jungle Trail is scheduled to open to the public. Authorities are prepared to open the waste-to-wonder park’s trail for a trial run on June 25. An formal opening is scheduled for early July.
Officials said the cafeteria, main entry gate, and some paintwork are still pending as the finishing touches are being added. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be invited to officially open the park, according to Anand Mohan Singh, Deputy Director (Horticulture) of the Noida Authority.
Concerning the Noida Jungle Trail
The park, which spans 20 acres, is ideally situated to attract tourists from Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. It was constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 22 crore by the Noida Authority in association with the private company Z-Tech, which has previously developed parks including UP Darshan Park and Happiness Park in Lucknow, using a public-private partnership (PPP) model.
“Every animal and artistic installation at the park has been designed using scrap materials like nuts, bolts, rods, chains, and fuel tanks,” stated Isha Chaudhary, vice-president of Z-Tech. This demonstrates our commitment to environmental preservation and our backing of the Swachh Bharat Mission.
“Visitors can also enjoy a nighttime Jungle Safari at this park, where ambient lighting and illuminated sculptures create an authentic, lifelike adventure,” she added. She claims that all of the furniture, lighting fixtures, gazebos, and sculptures were created from salvaged and repurposed materials. Recycled metal has been turned into breathtaking visual experiences with the creation of elaborate works out of about 500 tonnes of iron scrap.
The park provides an immersive animal experience and is divided into four themed zones. More than 700 life-size animal sculptures depicting creatures from six continents, such as elephants, tigers, camels, and exotic birds, may be seen along the Jungle Trail alone.
Elephants, lions, and giraffes are among the magnificent creatures found in the African Savannah, while tigers, deer, and unique birds in the Asian Jungles highlight the continent’s abundant biodiversity. The Polar Regions take you to freezing landscapes home to polar bears and penguins, while the Australian Outback introduces tourists to unusual creatures like kangaroos and emus. Through finely detailed, life-sized sculptures created completely from leftover materials, each zone offers an immersive experience.
