In the video, Sam Culley said, “I am going to ride the steepest funicular in the world,” before revealing that he would be spending the night atop the hill in Stoos. The train travels approximately 1740 meters in four to seven minutes, “with a gradient of up to 110 per cent (47 degrees)”. The train travels through three tunnels and two bridges on its upward rise. After buying the ticket, the vlogger enters the round cabin and looks out the glass windows at the beautiful scenery.Passengers remain upright at all times since each of these vehicles is well-suited to the grade.
