ITC Ltd.: For the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2025, the Board of ITC recommended a final dividend of ₹7.85 per ordinary share, with a face value of ₹1/-each, subject to the members’ declaration at the AGM. On Friday, July 25, 2025, the firm will hold its 114th Annual General Meeting, also known as the AGM.

In the event that a final dividend is declared, those members will receive it between Monday, July 28, 2025, and Thursday, July 31, 2025.

The total dividend for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2025, would be ₹14.35 in addition to the ₹6.50 per ordinary share interim dividend that the board announced on February 6, 2025.

Wednesday, May 28, 2025 was designated as the ITC dividend record date.

Sun Pharmaceutical Corporation

The Board of Sun Pharma recommends to the shareholders that they approve a final dividend of ₹5.50/- per equity share of ₹l/- (Rupee One only) at the company’s next Annual General Meeting.

The firm has set Monday, July 7, 2025, as the record date to decide whether members are eligible to receive the last dividend, which must be paid by Friday, August 8, 2025.

The company Grasim Industries Limited

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, a dividend of ₹10/- per equity share of face value of ₹ 2/- each was recommended for fully paid-up and partially paid-up shares, subject to shareholder approval at the Grasim’s subsequent Annual General Meeting. This would be in proportion to each share’s share of the paid-up share capital.

For FY25, The Ramco Cements Ltd. has recommended a dividend of ₹2/-per equity share with a face value of ₹l/-each.

Clean Science and Technology Limited

Clean Science and Technology has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 (400%) per equity share with a face value of ₹1 each for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2025. The next Annual General Meeting, which will occur within the designated time frame, is where the members must approve the final payout.
