Passengers on flights most likely to be impacted receive advance alerts from our “FogCare” campaign. It gives you the choice to either get a complete refund or reschedule your ticket at no additional cost, the airline stated in its advise.

Widespread cancellations on Wednesday
This advice comes after major disruptions at Delhi airport on Wednesday, when fog caused two flights headed for Delhi to be diverted to other places and 78 arrivals and 70 departures to be canceled.
Additionally, IndiGo had sent a travel advice indicating that flight movements would probably be affected till midday. The travel alert also mentioned that the city and other airports in northern India are experiencing foggy weather, which could cause some flights to be delayed.
