Described as the “smartest AI on Earth” in a highly competitive sector, Elon Musk said that his business xAI will launch its Grok 3 chatbot on Monday.

Washington, USA:
Described as the “smartest AI on Earth” in a highly competitive field, Elon Musk’s business xAI is set to launch its Grok 3 chatbot on Monday. The tech mogul announced on his social media platform X on Saturday that the company’s flagship artificial intelligence product will launch with a presentation on Monday night at 8:00 pm Pacific time (0400 GMT).

Grok 3 can reflect on mistakes it makes by reviewing data to achieve logical consistency because it was taught on synthetic data.

Musk, the wealthiest person in the world and a key adviser to President Donald Trump, who is entrusted with cutting government spending, stated, “Will be honing product with the team all weekend, so offline until then,”

Last week, Musk declared that Grok 3 was nearing completion and will be available to the public in a few weeks.

As artificial intelligence becomes more prevalent in modern life, xAI is looking for a competitive edge in a market full of products like OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

With the release of its affordable, high-quality chatbot last month, Chinese startup DeepSeek stunned the worldwide AI community and put US aspirations to be the world’s leader in the field in jeopardy.

In the Apple app store, DeepSeek swiftly surpassed ChatGPT in terms of downloads.

Musk is adamantly advocating for a larger portion of investment in the field of artificial intelligence despite his repeated warnings that it poses a threat to human civilization.

In December, xAI announced that it had raised $6 billion in its most recent round of funding from investors, including Saudi Arabian and Qatari investment groups, chipmakers Nvidia and AMD, and US venture capitalists. The first $6 billion was raised in May.

Even while OpenAI is still far more valuable than the firm, it is currently among the most valuable companies in the world.

Shortly after he signed an open letter advocating for a halt in the creation of potent AI models, Musk, who also serves as the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, founded the AI business in July 2023.

On Friday, the chairman of OpenAI’s board said that the company had unanimously turned down a $97.4 billion offer from Musk to acquire the business.
