Manish Malhotra, a renowned fashion designer, closed Dubai Fashion Week 2025 with a magnificent exhibition on February 6.
Supermodels Adriana Lima and Valery Kaufman stole the show during Malhotra’s first-ever World Collection runway presentation in Dubai. The divas walked the runway wearing the designer’s blingtastic outfits, oozing great splendor and an opulent “Dubai Bling” allure.
Malhotra deviated from his typical colorful bridal ensembles for this global presentation, instead presenting a collection of silhouettes inspired by the Dubai aesthetic. Consider gowns, capes, long coats, and abayas in dazzling materials decorated with heavy decorations.
Lima, a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 1999 to 2018, wore an embroidered strapless gown with a corset bodice. Her entire black gown was draped in dazzling crystals and pearls. She accessorized the look with a collection of sparkly bracelets, a sophisticated black-and-diamond choker, and matching earrings.
Kaufman, on the other hand, looked stunning in a sheer, glittery gown. Her stunning attire included an eggshell-like shape made of blingy embellishments. A white fur stole and diamond gems from Manish Malhotra’s high-end jewellery collection completed the look.
Manish Malhotra, best renowned for his famous movie costumes and exquisite wedding apparel label, left his mark on the Dubai fashion world in December 2023 with the opening of an enormous flagship store at the Dubai Mall. The fashion presentation also commemorated the one-year anniversary of his first international store.
